Intelligent Design - Not

So the Discovery Institute founded to promote Intelligent Design is now upset that much of Judge Jones opinion in the Dover case is similar to that of the plaintiffs. And this is surprising because - he's plagirizing - only that's wrong. Typically in a case the judge will use material from the winning side. They've made the argument. The judge agrees with their interpretation. It seems like the Discovery Institute can't tell the difference between research, judicial opinion, science and whatever it is they're presenting.
