Torture and Rumsfield

Rumsfield is being sued about torture and a judge is reluctant to dismiss the case. I'm not sure I want our government officials sued, but torture doesn't seem to me to be in the job description of any government official and so... I'm reluctantly approving of anything that will clear up accusations of torture.
