Walter Reed problems - not new

There are a few reports out that members of Congress knew about lapses at Walter Reed long before the recent resignations. Now it's really not new to have problems at veteran's hospitals. Most of us know or have heard of instances for a long time. But avoiding the problems when you know about them is still just plain wrong.
