Unholy Moses has an article that says it all to well, even if in words I wouldn't use. I always thought we were founded on the principles of lawful search and detention, of seeing the evidence used to convict and such measures. But until, hopefully, the courts rule these changes in law as unconstitutional.... A sad day for my country.
