Breaking down the walls

At Thus spake Zuska there's a great post about what diversity is about. Breaking down the walls that separate us. I have a dream of a day when we will not be judged by the color of our skin. Until those walls are broken down, until we have equal opportunity, until we are not judged by our gender, our color, our sexual orientation or any irrelevant matter we will have programs to make sure that those of differing backgrounds are included. Diversity isn't so much about giving people a helping hand, but breaking down the barriers that prevent equal opportunity.
