Equal rights

Gays should be flogged, says at least one religious leader in Russia. And while I've not really heard that extreme of opinion in the USA - though Phelps comes close - it is still frightening. It is less frightening than the rules now being discussed in Nigeria where any activity percieved as being homosexual may be grounds for prison, but still frightening.

If anyone wants to know why gays want equal rights, the question should be answered.
