Margaret thought how clever David had been. It was just like the story of the man throwing off his clothes when taken to the court for debt. David shamed Saul but didn't really do anything to him. And here were some of the answers to her questions about anointing. David was so careful about not harming one who had been called anointed so maybe some of the things changed but the care didn't.
