At the Bible study Margaret wondered if she should mention her thoughts about Jonathon and David. She had certainly known enough couples dedicated to each other who talked like that and they weren’t celibate lovers. But then Margaret continued, I must just have a dirty mind - I’ll have to do more prayer about being created with a pure heart and mind. And besides Pastor Larry says that it is a sin to have sex outside of marriage and an abomination for a man to lie with a man as with a woman. No matter some of her experiences in her life before being born again and washed in the blood of the Lamb she had to remain true to the faith that had brought her out of darkness and into the light
